Shipping and return policies
Our products are top quality
merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with
something you purchase, whether in a “brick and mortar store” or online. You
can return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be in salable
condition, with all original materials and packing. We MUST charge a 25% restocking fee
(since the Manufacturer's charges us). The customer is responsible for return
shipping. (Please note - WE DO NOT
RESELL RETURNED MERCHANDISE ON OUR
WEB SITE.)
Returning a product
Returning an item? All Returns must have a “return
authorization number” assigned to the invoice/product before the return delivery
for a refund. For a return authorization number contact customerservice@relaxingarden.com
with the following information:
1.
The invoice number and date of your order.
You must contact us within 10 days of original purchase.
2.
All returns are subject to a 25% restock fee and no shipping or handling is
returned or covered.
3.
Before returning a product:
You must contact Relaxingarden.com first. Then
enclose in the return package the “return authorization number”, invoice number along with the name and
date of
your person giving the return authorization number.
4.
No refunds will be given if any of these conditions are not met. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE
MADE!

purchase insurance from your chosen carrier to ensure that items either arrive
safely or are covered if damaged during the return shipping. This insurance is for your protection. Returns
must be shipped back *PREPAID by you, via UPS, USPS, or FedEx to:
Shipping and handling charges
1. Shipping information: Most
orders are shipped with in 48 hours. Where there are custom orders they are usually
shipped with in 15 to 20 working days.
2. Shipping
rates are determined and calculated by the appropriate shipper for the product.
(Our
manufactures will ship your order by the most economical method, which can
be: via UPS Ground Service, US Postal Service, FedEx Ground
Service, or large items by FOB from the manufacturer's warehouse.)
3. Shipping/Handling
charges are non-refundable. Open items, damaged packaging, and items returned
after 7 days of receiving the product will incur a 25% restocking charge. Items
returned beyond 7 days, may possibly receive a partial refund with
pre-approval.
