www.RELAXINGARDEN.COM SHIPPING: We will ship your order: via UPS Ground Service, US Postal Service, FedEx Ground Service, or large items by FOB from the warehouse. Your order is shipped 24 to 48 hours after your credit card is accepted.
www.RELAXINGARDEN.COM CANCELLATION POLICY: You have 24 hours to cancel your order. We will not execute the order until the 24 hours is up.
www.RELAXINGARDEN.COM RETURN POLICY: Our products are top quality merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be in salable condition, with all original materials and packing. We MUST charge a 25% restocking fee (since the Manufacturer's charge us). The customer is responsible for return shipping. (Please note - WE DO NOT RESELL RETURNED MERCHANDISE ON OUR WEB SITE.)
