www.RELAXINGARDEN.COM SHIPPING AND SALES TAX

Our manufactures will ship your order by the most economical method, which can be: via UPS Ground Service, US Postal Service, FedEx Ground Service, or large items by FOB from the manufacturer's warehouse.

Your order is shipped 24 to 48 hours after your credit card is accepted.

We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Nevada, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Nevada, US.

You (the customer) have 24 hours to cancel your order. We will not place the order with the manufacture until that 24 hours is up. E-mail us at customerservice@relaxingarden.com with all of the information about you and the product ordered, (that you gave in the orginial order).

www.RELAXINGARDEN.COM RETURN POLICY

Our products are top quality merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be in salable condition, with all original materials and packing. We MUST charge a 25% restocking fee (since the Manufacturer's charge us). The customer is responsible for return shipping. (Please note - WE DO NOT RESELL RETURNED MERCHANDISE ON OUR WEB SITE.)

Simply e-mail us at customerservice@relaxingarden.com. We will need all information on the item you bought. We will get you a Return Merchandise Authorization number from the manufacture and all information pertaining to return shipment.
